Eligibility Criteria
Domicile: -Applicant must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan.
Educational Qualification: No educational qualification is prescribed for the post of Contract Safai Karamchari.
Work Experience: Candidates must have 1 year of experience in sanitation/cleaning work in any urban local body of Rajasthan.
Experience Certificate: The experience certificate must be issued on or after 01 August 2026 and before the last date of application.:- Certificates issued before 01 August 2026 will not be considered valid.
Experience Certificate Format: The prescribed experience certificate format is available on the department’s online portal.
Verification: If an experience certificate is found to be fake or incorrect, strict legal action will be taken against the concerned candidate/institution/issuing authority.
Number of Urban Local Bodies: A candidate can apply for only one urban local body out of the 183 advertised urban local bodies. :- Applications submitted for more than one urban local body will be rejected.
Health & Character: Candidates must be mentally and physically fit and free from any condition that may interfere with the efficient performance of their duties. The selected candidate will have to submit a fitness certificate issued by the competent medical authority. Police verification will also be conducted after final selection.
Salary: Selected candidates appointed as Contract Safai Karamchari will receive ₹7,410 per month, as per the Labour Department notification dated 13 December 2024.
Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India, or a citizen of Nepal/Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1 January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Live Photo & Signature Upload Guidelines:-
Live Photo: आवेदन करते समय उम्मीदवार के लिए Live Photo Capture करके आवेदन Submit करना अनिवार्य है।
Photo Clarity: फोटो एवं हस्ताक्षर स्पष्ट होने चाहिए, अन्यथा आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
Live Photo Capture: Live Photo लेते समय 5 सेकंड के Timer के बाद उम्मीदवार को अपनी पलकें 2–3 बार झपकानी होंगी। यदि फोटो बंद आंखों के साथ Capture हो जाए तो फोटो दोबारा Capture करें।
Camera Position: Live Photo Capture करते समय उम्मीदवार को सीधे कैमरे की ओर देखना होगा।
Glasses: चश्मे का उपयोग करने वाले उम्मीदवार चश्मे के साथ फोटो ले सकते हैं, लेकिन चश्मे पर रोशनी के कारण Reflection/चमक नहीं होनी चाहिए।
Background: Live Photo की Background सफेद या हल्के रंग की होनी चाहिए।
Lighting: फोटो साफ और पर्याप्त रोशनी वाले स्थान पर ली जानी चाहिए तथा फोटो में धुंधलापन या अंधकार नहीं होना चाहिए।
Face Visibility: Live Photo में उम्मीदवार का चेहरा कम से कम 50% स्थान घेरना चाहिए।
Face & Head: उम्मीदवार का चेहरा एवं सिर किसी कपड़े, छाया या बालों से ढका हुआ नहीं होना चाहिए। सिर, आंख, नाक और ठोड़ी स्पष्ट रूप से दिखाई देनी चाहिए।
Sunglasses: Live Photo में काले या धूप वाले चश्मे (Sunglasses) का उपयोग नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।
Photo Editing: ऑनलाइन आवेदन के दौरान Live Photo में किसी भी प्रकार की Editing, छेड़छाड़ या फोटो की जालसाजी करने पर उम्मीदवार की अभ्यर्थिता किसी भी स्तर पर रद्द की जा सकती है तथा संबंधित व्यक्ति के विरुद्ध कानूनी कार्रवाई भी की जा सकती है।
Signature / Thumb Impression Upload Guidelines
Paper Size: उम्मीदवार को सफेद A4 Size Paper पर लगभग 7 सेमी ऊंचाई का एक आयताकार Box बनाकर उसके अंदर काले या गहरे नीले रंग के Pen से अपना हस्ताक्षर/अंगूठे का निशान करना होगा।
Candidate’s Own Signature: हस्ताक्षर/अंगूठे का निशान केवल उम्मीदवार द्वारा ही किया जाना चाहिए। किसी अन्य व्यक्ति द्वारा किया गया हस्ताक्षर/अंगूठे का निशान मान्य नहीं होगा।
Scanning: हस्ताक्षर/अंगूठे का निशान करने के बाद दस्तावेज को Scan करके केवल आयताकार Box तक Crop करें और उसके बाद Upload करें।
File Format: केवल JPG/JPEG Format में हस्ताक्षर/अंगूठे का निशान स्वीकार किया जाएगा।
File Size: हस्ताक्षर/अंगूठे के निशान की File Size 20 KB से 50 KB के बीच होनी चाहिए।
Mobile Photo: मोबाइल फोन से लिए गए हस्ताक्षर/अंगूठे के निशान के Photograph को स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
Documents & Certificates Upload Guidelines
Caste Certificate: जाति प्रमाण-पत्र सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा निर्धारित प्रारूप में जारी किया हुआ होना चाहिए।
OBC/MBC Certificate: अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग (OBC)/अति पिछड़ा वर्ग (MBC) के उम्मीदवारों के प्रमाण-पत्र में निवास स्थान तथा Creamy Layer/Non-Creamy Layer की जानकारी सही एवं पूर्ण रूप से भरी होनी चाहिए और नियमानुसार नवीनतम प्रमाण-पत्र Upload करना होगा।
SC/ST Certificate: अनुसूचित जाति (SC)/अनुसूचित जनजाति (ST) प्रमाण-पत्र Online Application Form की अंतिम तिथि से पहले जारी हुआ होना चाहिए। अंतिम तिथि के बाद जारी प्रमाण-पत्र पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
OBC/MBC Female Candidates: विवाहित OBC/MBC महिला उम्मीदवारों को नियमानुसार पिता/माता की आय के आधार पर जारी जाति प्रमाण-पत्र प्रस्तुत करना आवश्यक है। पति की आय के आधार पर जारी जाति प्रमाण-पत्र मान्य नहीं होगा।
SC/ST Married Female Candidates: विवाहित SC/ST महिला उम्मीदवारों को भी अपने पिता के नाम से जारी जाति प्रमाण-पत्र प्रस्तुत करना आवश्यक है, अन्यथा उन्हें संबंधित वर्ग का लाभ नहीं दिया जाएगा।
EWS Certificate: आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग (EWS) के उम्मीदवारों को सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा निर्धारित प्रारूप में जारी Income & Assets Certificate प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
Important Warning
False Information: आवेदन पत्र में गलत सूचना देने अथवा अनुचित साधनों का प्रयोग/उपयोग करने पर उम्मीदवार के विरुद्ध राजस्थान सार्वजनिक परीक्षा (भर्ती में अनुचित साधनों की रोकथाम के अध्युपाय) अधिनियम, 2022 के अंतर्गत नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।
