Railway NTPC Under Graduate Level Vacancy 2026 के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन करते समय उम्मीदवारों को कुछ आवश्यक दस्तावेज निर्धारित फॉर्मेट में अपलोड करने होंगे। रेलवे भर्ती बोर्ड (RRB) के CEN No. 07/2026 नोटिफिकेशन के अनुसार, मुख्य रूप से उम्मीदवार के हस्ताक्षर और मुफ्त रेल यात्रा पास का लाभ लेने वाले SC/ST उम्मीदवारों का जाति प्रमाण पत्र अपलोड करना आवश्यक है।
1. उम्मीदवार के हस्ताक्षर (Candidate Signature)
सभी उम्मीदवारों को अपने हस्ताक्षर की स्कैन की गई इमेज JPG/JPEG फॉर्मेट में अपलोड करनी होगी। हस्ताक्षर बनाते समय निम्नलिखित निर्देशों का पालन करें:
हस्ताक्षर किसके होने चाहिए: हस्ताक्षर उम्मीदवार के स्वयं के होने चाहिए।
स्याही का रंग: सफेद कागज पर काली स्याही वाले पेन से हस्ताक्षर करें।
हस्ताक्षर की शैली: हस्ताक्षर चलते हुए हाथ (Running/Cursive Handwriting) में होने चाहिए। BLOCK या CAPITAL अक्षरों में हस्ताक्षर स्वीकार्य नहीं हैं।
फाइल फॉर्मेट: JPG/JPEG
फाइल साइज: 30 KB से 49 KB के बीच।
इमेज का न्यूनतम आकार: 140 पिक्सल चौड़ाई × 60 पिक्सल ऊंचाई।
स्कैन रिजॉल्यूशन: कम से कम 100 DPI।
निर्धारित बॉक्स: 35 mm चौड़ाई × 20 mm ऊंचाई वाले बॉक्स में हस्ताक्षर को बीच में रखें।
हस्ताक्षर अपलोड करते समय इन गलतियों से बचें
निम्नलिखित कारणों से आवेदन या उम्मीदवारी भर्ती प्रक्रिया के किसी भी चरण में रद्द की जा सकती है:
सफेद के अलावा किसी अन्य रंग की पृष्ठभूमि का उपयोग करना।
काली स्याही के बजाय किसी अन्य रंग की स्याही से हस्ताक्षर करना।
BLOCK या CAPITAL अक्षरों में हस्ताक्षर करना।
धुंधली या कम रिजॉल्यूशन वाली इमेज अपलोड करना।
हस्ताक्षर का अधूरा या कटा हुआ दिखाई देना।
हस्ताक्षर के स्थान पर कोई दूसरी इमेज अपलोड करना।
खाली इमेज अपलोड करना या हस्ताक्षर नहीं करना।
हस्ताक्षर की जगह अंगूठे का निशान अपलोड करना।
किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति के हस्ताक्षर अपलोड करना।
महत्वपूर्ण: आवेदन में किए गए हस्ताक्षर परीक्षा, डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन (DV), मेडिकल परीक्षा (ME) और नियुक्ति के समय लिए जाने वाले हस्ताक्षरों से मेल खाने चाहिए।
विशेष छूट: कुछ ऐसे दिव्यांग उम्मीदवार, जिनकी दिव्यांगता के कारण हस्ताक्षर करना संभव नहीं है, वे अपनी सुविधा के अनुसार निर्धारित क्रम में किसी एक उंगली का स्कैन किया हुआ निशान अपलोड कर सकते हैं—बाएं हाथ का अंगूठा, दाएं हाथ का अंगूठा, हाथ की कोई अन्य उंगली या पैर की कोई उंगली।
2. SC/ST जाति प्रमाण पत्र (मुफ्त रेल यात्रा पास के लिए)
Railway NTPC Under Graduate Level Vacancy 2026 में मुफ्त रेल यात्रा पास का लाभ लेने के इच्छुक SC/ST वर्ग के उम्मीदवारों को अपने जाति प्रमाण पत्र की स्कैन की गई कॉपी अपलोड करनी होगी।

फाइल साइज: 400 KB से कम।

3. ऑनलाइन आवेदन में वर्तमान पते से संबंधित निर्देश

आवेदन में भरा गया वर्तमान पता सत्य और पूर्ण होना चाहिए।
डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन (DV) के समय वर्तमान पते के समर्थन में मूल दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करना होगा।

यदि उम्मीदवार DV के समय वर्तमान पते का कोई दस्तावेजी प्रमाण प्रस्तुत नहीं कर पाता है, तो उसकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द की जा सकती है।
जिन उम्मीदवारों के पास वर्तमान पते का प्रमाण नहीं है, उन्हें आधार कार्ड या किसी अन्य वैध सरकारी पहचान/पता प्रमाण में अपना वर्तमान पता अपडेट कराने की सलाह दी गई है।
